IMG_6338.PNG

When life is hard, do you find that your time with God gets neglected? How do you spend time with Him when your normal routines and rhythms get thrown off?

In this episode, we’ll talk about how to embrace the reality of our current season while also creating space for God during the in-between moments of our busy days.

This Week’s Practice

Do one simple thing to create space for God today.

A few ideas:

  • Close your eyes for just a few seconds. Acknowledge God’s presence with you, and ask him to help you get through today.

  • Put on your favorite worship song, and pray the words to God as you listen.

  • The next time you drive somewhere, choose to ride in silence in order to settle your soul.

  • Choose one verse of scripture and write it on a post-it note, and put it somewhere you can see it throughout the day.

  • Before you go to sleep, say a prayer of gratitude for one thing from your day.
