The Practice: Create space for God by intentionally removing things from your schedule and mind.
Spend a few minutes reflecting on these questions:
What is taking up space...?
In my schedule?
In my mind?
In the in-between moments of my day?
Write down a list of whatever comes to mind.
Ask God to show you:
What is taking up space that God might be inviting me to let go of?
What can I remove in order to create space for stillness, to create space for God?
What would it look like to let go of this?
